Yuhuan Taize Plumbing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Yuhuan, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, one of the most established brass and valve manufacturing clusters in China. Over 18 years the company has grown from a small machining workshop into a dedicated radiator parts factory with 8,000 square metres of production space and 80 employees.
Today we manufacture and export thermostatic radiator valves, air vent valves, radiator plugs and radiator brackets for heating distributors, wholesalers and OEM radiator factories. Our annual capacity reaches 5 million units, supported by in-house CNC machining, assembly and air tightness testing.
Eighteen years of continuous export to Russia, Central Asia, Europe and the Middle East has taught us that buyers care about three things above all: consistent quality, honest lead times and a supplier who answers messages. That is what we build our business on.
Equipment
Machining, assembly, testing and packing all take place under one roof at our Yuhuan factory. Keeping the whole process in-house means we control quality at every step and can react quickly to changes in a customer's order.
Machining & forging
Brass, steel and stainless steel parts are machined in-house on automatic lathes and CNC centres, so tolerances and thread forms stay under our own control.
Surface treatment & assembly
Brackets are powder coated for corrosion resistance, then valves and vents are assembled with tested seals and O-rings.
Air tightness testing
Every thermostatic valve, air vent valve and plug is pressure tested at 1.6 MPa before it is allowed onto the packing line.
Packing & export
Bag packing, carton packing and warehouse consolidation, with OEM labels, barcodes and instruction sheets printed to your artwork.
Honor & Certification
Our quality management system and products are certified for international markets, including Europe and the CIS region. CE, ISO 9001 and DNV certificates are held directly; our 2025 SMETA (Sedex) ethical trade audit was carried out by SGS. Air tightness testing
Leakage is the most common after-sales complaint about radiator parts, and it is almost always caused by porosity in the casting or a damaged seal rather than by the design. Testing every single part is the only reliable way to remove that risk before the goods leave the factory.
- 100% tested: every thermostatic valve, air vent valve and plug passes an air tightness test at 1.6 MPa before packing.
- Batch records: the result of each tested part is recorded against its production batch, so a test report can be produced for any shipment.
- Material check: incoming brass and steel are verified by hardness and dimensional inspection; material certificates are available on request.
- Third-party inspection: SGS, BV or DNV pre-shipment inspection can be arranged for container orders at our factory or at the loading port, at the buyer's request.
- Thread inspection: every threaded part is checked with go / no-go gauges to ISO 228, so fittings do not cross-thread on site.

| What is your MOQ? | For standard items we accept trial orders from 1,000 pieces, and mixed containers are welcome. For OEM parts requiring new tooling, MOQ is agreed based on the drawing and expected annual volume. |

| What is the lead time? | Standard radiator parts ship in 25 to 35 days after deposit. Newly developed OEM items take around 35 to 45 days including sample approval. Peak season before winter should be planned in advance. |
| Can you supply samples? | Yes. Samples of thermostatic valves, air vents, plugs and brackets can be sent by express for evaluation. Sample cost is refundable against a confirmed container order. |
| Do you support OEM packing? | Yes. We produce custom cartons, labels, barcode stickers and instruction sheets with your brand, and can mark products with your logo for confirmed orders. |
| Which port do you ship from? | Ningbo or Shanghai, both about three hours from our factory. FOB, CIF and EXW terms are supported. |
| What payment terms do you accept? | 30% deposit by T/T with the balance against copy of the bill of lading, or irrevocable L/C at sight. Terms can be discussed for repeat orders. |
