Thermostatic Radiator Valve
A thermostatic radiator valve controls the flow of hot water into the radiator according to room temperature, which keeps each room at its own set point and cuts heating consumption. The Taize TRV programme covers complete valves with dial sensor heads, handwheel versions and bare valve bodies that accept any standard sensor head, in straight and angle patterns. Bodies are machined from brass CW617N and finished in natural brass, nickel or chrome, and every valve is 100 percent air tightness tested before packing.
Radiator Air Vent Valve
Trapped air causes cold spots at the top of a radiator, flow noise and internal corrosion. A manual air vent fitted at the top corner of the radiator releases that air in seconds during filling and top-up. Taize makes manual vents in stainless steel and in brass, with high-cap, low-profile and chimney body styles, finished in natural, nickel or chrome, with stainless steel and plastic float options. Every vent is leak tested on our air tightness rig before shipment.
Radiator Automatic Air Vent
An automatic air vent releases accumulated air from a heating circuit continuously, without anyone having to bleed it by hand. Inside the brass body a float follows the water level and opens the venting port while air is present, then closes it the moment water reaches the valve. Taize automatic vents are machined from solid brass, nickel plated on request, and tested for tightness before packing.
Radiator Accessories Set
A complete installation kit lets a radiator be hung, connected, vented and sealed straight out of the box, which is why OEM radiator factories and heating wholesalers buy them in volume. Taize offers 7, 11 and 13 piece kits plus smaller vent-and-plug sets, in stainless steel or brass bodies with steel or brass plugs, in powder coated black, grey and light grey. Kits are packed in blister card, double blister or bulk cartons, and can be labelled with your own brand.
Radiator Hook
The hook carries the whole weight of a filled radiator, so bracket quality is a safety matter, not a detail. Taize produces steel wall hooks, H type brackets, threaded and towel rail brackets, self-tapping hooks, aluminium brackets and floor supports, in zinc plated, powder coated and electroplated finishes. Every hook size is load tested, and kits can be supplied with screws, wall plugs and decorative caps, bagged two by two ready for the radiator carton.
Radiator Plug
Radiator plugs close the unused ports on a radiator top or bottom collector. Taize machines them from steel and brass in hexagon and round styles, plain, zinc plated or nickel plated, with matching plastic covers in black, light grey and dark grey to suit common radiator colours. Threads are gauged on every batch so the plug seats firmly against the gasket without leaks.
Radiator Nipple
Radiator nipples join individual radiator sections into one block. The left hand thread on one end and right hand thread on the other pull the sections tight from inside the collector as the nipple is turned. Taize makes them from steel in natural and zinc plated finish for panel, column and cast iron radiators.
Radiator Reducer
A radiator reducer adapts the G1 collector port of a steel panel radiator down to the G1/2 or G3/4 thread of a standard valve. Taize makes them from steel, powder coated or zinc plated, in single and double patterns, so one part covers valve connection on either side of the radiator.
Radiator Seal
The gasket between a radiator plug, air vent or valve tail and the collector is what actually makes the joint tight. Taize supplies fibre jointing gaskets in the sizes used on panel and column radiators, packed in bags or boxes for the assembly line or for the spares counter.
Radiator Wrench
Radiator work needs the right key: a small plastic spanner for opening and closing manual vents, and a long T-handle spanner for reaching nipples deep inside a radiator collector. Taize supplies both, in standard and extended lengths for wide panels and column radiators.
